AI Prefab

this ai was created to mimic the functions and mechanics of Frenni Fazclaire from the game "Fap Nights At Frennie's" by Fatal Fire Studios. the AI will randomly follow waypoints to patrol its environment and chase the player when spotted. if a door is closed, blocking the line of sight from the ai  or the navmesh agents path, the ai will return to its patrol state. the ai  uses a single script to handle patrolling, chasing, sound effects and animations.

the script uses sound effects for the following.

random patrol sounds

Player detection reaction

chase music

 the AI's field of view and detection radius can be configured to your liking as well as movement speed for both patrolling and chasing. 

the script can be used on any humanoid character and the AI's animations can be swapped in the animation controller for use with other models.

the package also contains a music box timer like in the game, which winds up (resets) the timer when the player interacts with it and spawns the AI once the timer reaches zero .(the amount of time can be modified)

using this script on other characters requires at least, SOME knowledge about Navmesh AI's.

there are tons of tutorials on them.
